CUSTOMER PROGRAM OUTLINE

MERLIN1’s Charter Jet Program focuses on simplicity and customer service. Program clients receive priority over one-off charter customers, meaning they will never be refused an aircraft charter request. We value our long-term client relationships and will find a way to fulfill trip requests within 24 hours.

The pricing structure of this program is a flat rate per occupied hour, as well as a 50% discount on unoccupied flight hours, giving you the best value possible.

  • Our fleet consists entirely of Citation 650s, a luxurious midsize jet. The Citation 650 features stand-up cabin comfort for eight people, a private lavatory, nonstop range from any Texas city to either U.S. coast, and 60 cubic feet of luggage capacity.
  • MERLIN1’s operational footprint is throughout North and Central America, as well as the Caribbean.
  • Flight hours are sold in blocks of 25.
  • The aircraft will remain with you for up to three nights and four days. 
  • Rates apply for non-flying crew days and crew overnights. International handling fees also apply.
  • The term length of our program agreement is 12 months with a 90-day grace period.
  • Insurance coverage is $50 million.
  • In-flight catering is complimentary.
  • We own or control all of our aircraft via long-term lease, meaning there are no issues with aircraft owners canceling charter flights.
  • We have been in business since 2007, and have flown in excess of 50,000 incident and accident free hours.
