MERLIN1’s Jet Card program focuses on simplicity and customer service. Jet Card clients receive priority over charter customers. This means a plane, no matter the season, is guaranteed on 48-hour notice (24-hours usually suffices), no exceptions.
25 and 50-hour Jet Cards
12-month terms with a 90-day grace period
No fuel surcharges

Unique to the industry, MERLIN1 provides what we refer to as “trip interruption insurance”. In the rare occurrence when a mechanical delay interrupts a Jet Card client trip, most charter companies reimburse the cost of the incomplete legs and wish the client the best. At MERLIN1, we will dispatch the nearest plane to the client’s location and complete the trip at no incremental cost.
